Goldie is all packed up and ready for her travels again. This time she is off to South Carolina to stay with Teddy Hugger. She is hoping it will help her get over her broken heart. Trexx appears to have taken up with some other woman already :-(

Goldie's Official Find Count has risen dramatically at last. I thought she had finally been bitten by the 'letterboxing bug' but now I find it is all down to the local heatthrob, Travel'n Turtle's - Trexx. Goldie has a crush, and if finding letterboxes is what it takes to impress him then that is what she will do.

A Blot on the name of Boxing Buddies!

Well Goldie has turned out to be an absolute disaster as Boxing Buddy! She told me she was discussing letterboxing trips with Travel'n Turtle but as soon as my back was turned this happened :-

Talk about living the high life, Goldie should be ashamed of herself, a blot on the good name of Boxing Buddies. If she does not buck her ideas up she will find herself without a job and deported from the country sharpish!

Arrival

I have just received news today that Goldie has arrived safely in California and managed to meet up with Travel'n Turtle. Four days to get from Great Britain to California, not bad going! They are currently planning their forthcoming adventures.

Swimming to California

Goldie has set off on her long swim to California to meet with Travel'n Turtle and is looking forward to reaching warmer seas. Travel'n Turtle is about to do a lot of *Travel'n* and has offered to take Goldie on the journeys with her. Eventually they will meet up with Ukusa who will bring Goldie home to England just in time for the British AQ Gathering in September.

Beginnings

Goldie is a Boxing Buddy and as she comes from 'The Deep'I have asked her to swim across the pond and letterbox in places that I (The Yorkshire Tortoise) cannot reach. She has her own signature stamp and a lovely new logbook in which she hopes to stamp many box images.

Goldie's birthplace is 'The Deep' which is the worlds only submarium. She is used to living with such fearsome creatures as Gray Reef sharks, Congor eels and Sawfish! It contains Europe's deepest viewing tunnel, and there is even an underwater lift with glass walls through which you can watch these fearsome creatures as you descend (or ascend!) through the water.

Goldie's best friends, ol' Yellow and Startling Starfish, came to the window to wave her off on her great adventures.
